[摘要]目的 探讨沙利度胺片联合雷公藤多苷片治疗口腔扁平苔藓的效果。方法 以我院2014年9月～2016年10月牙周黏膜收治的108例口腔扁平苔藓患者为研究对象，按就诊号末位单双数分为常规组(局部注射曲安奈德)、观察组(用药沙利度胺、雷公藤多苷)，每组54例。比较两组的治疗效果，疼痛、糜烂评分，不良反应发生率。结果 观察组的有效率为96.3%，高于对照组的87.0%(P<0.05)。入院时疼痛、糜烂评分组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，观察组服药后的疼痛、糜烂评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为7.4%，低于对照组的16.7%(P<0.05)。结论 沙利度胺片联合雷公藤多苷片治疗口腔扁平苔藓的效果较好。
